Riders to the Sea

"Riders to the Sea" was directed by Agnes Walsh for Tramore's 2005 season. The play is written by the Irish playwright, John Millington Synge. Since part of Tramore's mandate is to use Irish playwrights as an opportunity to expose the rich Irish dialect of the Cape Shore to our audiences, this play is a shining example of how this areas rich brogue has been kept intact.
